Today I took London to the doctor. I went early this morning to the "after hour/morning walk-in clinic". I had a feeling he had strep throat AGAIN. My feeling was right!
Yesterday, the boys were playing in the yard having the best time. . .he showed no symptoms, until-dinner time. My parents were in Memphis for the day, so we met them for dinner at Alexander's. We love that place! Anyways, London basically sits down at the table and passes out. No kidding, he said hi and then went to sleep in my lap. Anyone who knows London, knows that is weird. He LOVES food! and seeing his Nanny and Pops! So, he slept through the whole dinner and then we get him home and we go ahead and put him to bed. Around 9:00 we check on him and he has a fever. So, I made the decision to stay home with him today, take him to the Doctor, and try to get him well :) I am glad I took him to the early morning walk-in b/c after 24 hours of antibiotics he will not be contagious. He has not had any fever today, so I think he'll be ready for school tomorrow :)
