Like we had planned, we did indeed make it to the park today :) First, we had a picnic before fishing. We are not big fisher's . . . when Keith went to the store this morning to get bait for the day, he actually met a man who was going to be fishing where we were, so he said he would help us out-thank goodness!! He helped us get started. . . I am so glad Keith did not mind baiting the fishing rods with the LIVE crickets. . . I am majorly afraid of any type of bugs. . . I will stop there. . . I am glad Keith enjoyed it :)The first pic is of the boys waiting on getting their rods baited with crickets. . . what an episode just to get them out of the jar without them all jumping out-gross!
The next pic is of Keith and Cole . . . Keith had just caught a fish . . . they threw the little darling in after looking at him for a minute. . . I must say, Keith and I have decided it was the smallest one in the pond :)
After fishing for a bit Keith and Cole played a little football in an open field. . . and I went to the sprinkler park with London :)
We had so much fun today-just spending good quality time together and hanging out doing what they like to do :)
Our day ended with dinner with the Gish's at our house :) We ate hamburgers and played outside, it was fun!
Later we all collapsed on the couch to enjoy a movie together-The Final Season. . . London made it about 15 minutes and fell asleep :) What a day!
